"Tara is great, you learn everything you need to know about being a STNA, you have hands on experience on the campus, if you need extra help just ask they will schedule a time for you and go over every skill to prep you."
Nikki Cole
"This program was by far the best places to go to start my career it was so much fun a lot of hands on and very understanding I will be moving forward with my STNA license, and I think a lot of other people who are interested into STNA and above should also start here to begin their career."
Brind Azariah
"A Truly wonderful class!! I was so nervous about taking my 1st step into my nursing career. Tara & her passion for nursing definitely motivated me. I learned so much during the short time we had together & with her passion for nursing, it came so easy. She assisted my classmates & I & also went above & beyond to make sure we understood the information that she gave us. Tara is a very goal driven, strong minded woman! She encouraged us when times got hard. It felt like it was more than a “STNA Class”. Thank you, Tara, so much for believing in us & putting your best foot forward while teaching us!! I know that you will accomplish all 1500 dreams that you have(insider). I appreciate you more than you will ever know!"

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Program
Our STNA Program is designed to prepare students with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to provide high-quality care in a variety of healthcare settings. Students will learn essential nursing assistant responsibilities, including patient safety, daily living support, communication, infection control, and vital sign monitoring. Training includes both classroom instruction and supervised clinical practice, ensuring students are confident and job-ready.
Graduates of this program will be eligible to sit for the Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Exam, opening the door to employment opportunities in hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and home health. This program is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and ready to begin a rewarding career in healthcare.
Medication Aide Program
Our Medication Aide Program provides advanced training for STNAs and other qualified healthcare workers who wish to expand their role in patient care. This program equips students with the knowledge and skills to safely administer medications under the supervision of licensed nurses. Coursework covers medication classifications, proper dosage, documentation, safety standards, and ethical responsibilities.
Through classroom learning and clinical experience, students will gain the confidence to support patients with professionalism and accuracy. Upon completion, graduates are prepared to sit for the state certification exam and enhance their career opportunities in long-term care, assisted living, and other healthcare environments.

CPR Certification Program
Our CPR Certification Program provides life-saving training for individuals seeking the skills and confidence to respond in emergency situations. Students will learn how to recognize cardiac and breathing emergencies, perform high-quality chest compressions, provide rescue breaths, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
This hands-on course is ideal for healthcare professionals, caregivers, and community members who want to be prepared to act when every second counts. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an official CPR certification card, valid for two years, equipping them to make a difference at work, at home, or in the community.
About us
Our business addresses a critical gap in the healthcare workforce and economic mobility for underserved individuals. There is a growing demand for qualified healthcare support staff, particularly nursing assistants and medication aides, due to an aging population and increased need for long-term care. Simultaneously, many individuals in our community face barriers to upward mobility due to a lack of access to affordable, high-quality vocational training.
Our program provides accessible, comprehensive training in nursing assistance and medication administration, equipping participants with the certifications and practical skills needed to enter or advance within the healthcare field. By completing our programs, individuals become eligible for higher-paying positions, often with benefits, in a high-demand industry.
This not only empowers graduates to achieve greater financial stability but also strengthens the economic fabric of their households and communities. As more individuals gain access to sustainable employment, we see a ripple effect: reduced reliance on public assistance, improved quality of life, and a stronger, more resilient local healthcare system.
